Questions we hear before every shoot
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, 3–6 months is ideal, especially for the June–August and December peak seasons. Portrait and event bookings can often be arranged within 1–2 weeks, subject to availability.
Do you travel outside Nairobi?
Yes — we regularly shoot in Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, the Maasai Mara, Amboseli and other counties. Travel costs outside Nairobi County are added to your quote.
What is included in the price?
Our wedding packages range from KES 65,000 to KES 160,000 and each one lists exactly what is included — photographers, videographers, photobooks, wall mounts and more. See the full breakdown on our Wedding Packages & Pricing page.
How long until we receive our photos?
You will get a sneak-peek gallery within 48 hours of most shoots. Full edited galleries are delivered within three weeks, sooner for portrait and single-day event sessions.
Can we use the photos for commercial or marketing purposes?
Personal-use clients receive a print release for personal, non-commercial use. Brands, lodges and tour operators booking commercial shoots receive a separate licensing agreement covering marketing usage.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most wedding and event bookings are secured with a 30% deposit, with the balance due before final gallery delivery. We can discuss a staged plan for larger packages.
